In this collaborative three-hour workshop, teams will create professional vision boards. The exercise will unite participants and spark innovative thinking, helping them align on the goals and objectives of their department.

Why Vision Boarding

Since our brains process images faster than words, creating vision boards is a powerful way to connect emotions and engage the subconscious — an essential part of how we shape our behavior and stay motivated.

This isn’t about wishful thinking. It’s a hands-on, collaborative process that helps turn intentions into aligned, meaningful action.

It inspires teams to go all in and swing big — to set bold and ambitious goals, stay energized, and focused on what’s possible (not just what’s probable).

It creates a better together mindset through collaborative visioning, which builds team trust, alignment, and shared ownership of their direction.

It grounds the process in human forward values and doing what’s right, so teams set goals and make decisions that align with company purpose and integrity.

We’ll explore and discuss two key areas: the science behind visioning and the psychology of manifesting—why it works and how it supports follow-through.

I’ll also share a few real-life examples from my own experience using visioning practices to manifest meaningful outcomes. These stories help ground the process and show how intention and action work hand in hand.

Brief Teachings

This starts with a short meditation to open participants up to big, bold ideas.

From there, teams will unite to brainstorm big ideas, identify ambitious goals, and envision exciting new business opportunities to pursue in the months ahead. Then they’ll each create a personalized vision board — a visual reminder to keep goals top of mind and momentum strong.

After the vision boards are complete, we’ll create space in small groups to explore what might be getting in the way, so teams can surface and address challenges that could block their progress.
